摘要
国有商业银行新型的人力资源管理模式可以定位为:以人为本、面向顾客的动态人力资源管理模式。构建这种新型的管理模式需要从人力资源管理部门角色定位、夯实管理基础、完善绩效考核等多方面综合着手进行。
The new managing pattern on personality in state commercial bank can be described as following: a dynamic pattern which takes men as root and services customers. Well roles orientation in every depatment, strong managing basis, perfect performance check and so on needed to be mastered to achieve setting up this new managing pattern on personality resourse.
