摘要
高等学校教学计划是学校保证教学质量和落实人才培养目标实施方案的保障。针对目前高校专业教学计划建设与管理上存在的瑕疵,做好专业教学计划的建设与管理,事关人才培养目标的实现。文章提出将PDCA模式引入高校教学计划的建设与管理,以达到持续稳步提高教学质量,实现人才培养的目标。
The university＇s teaching plan is the guarantee that the university guarantees teaching quality and implements the scheme of brain train objective. Seeing that there are deficiencies in the construction and management of the university＇s teaching plan, we can point out that we must do well in the construction and management of university＇s teaching plan, which is concerned with the realization of brain train objective. This article proposes introducing PDCA mode into the construction and management of university＇s teaching plan to improve steadily teaching quality and to realize the objective of brain train.
