摘要
以毛泽东为核心的党的第一代领导集体建国初期正确地分析了我国的政治、经济形势,所处的国际、国内环境,及时地提出了建设东北重工业基地的战略思想,并于“一五”和“二五”时期付诸实践,取得了巨大的成就,为新中国工业化建设奠定了基础。毛泽东东北重工业基地建设战略思想的提出与实践为新时期东北老工业基地的振兴与改造提供了有益的借鉴。
The first generation leading group of our Party led by Mao Zedong correctly analyzed the political and economical situation abroad and at home at the beginning of the founding of our country, and timely put forward the strategic thought of building the heavy-industry in Northwest China, and put the theory into practice during the First and Second Five-year-plan. The great achievement we got laid down a good foundation for the building of industrialization of our country. The old industry base in the Northwest drew great benefit from the strategic thought and practice of the thought.
