摘要
以某型柴油机组成的动力装置为原始模型,利用三维有限元动态应力分析和疲劳寿命计算技术,分析了在柴油机分别为60°和420°缸排插入角时,柴油机曲轴的疲劳寿命变化情况,得出柴油机缸排插入角对柴油机曲轴的疲劳寿命有重要影响的结论。
Using the power device consisting of a certain type of diesel engine as original model, utilizing the technology of tridimensional finite element dynamic stress analysis and fatigue life-span calculation, the diversification of fatigue life-span of crankshaft when the cylinder cut-in angle of the diesel engine is 60°and 420°respectively is analyzed. All these lead to the conclusion that the cylinder cut-in angle has great influence on the fatigue life-span of the crankshaft.
