摘要
分析了我国现有的地方图书馆立法,以《北京市图书馆条例》为例,探讨了该条例的优点,提出了我国地方性图书馆立法内容的未来趋向以及在立法过程中需要处理的几个关系。
This paper has analyzed the existing local library legislation in our country; taking ＂Beijing Library Rule＂ as an example, discussed this rule merit, proposed future trend of the local library legislation content as well as several relations which will need to properly deal with in legislating process.
