摘要
目的:建立骨筋丸胶囊中士的宁和马钱子碱的反相高效液相分析法,为该药质量控制提供依据。方法:采用 Thermo Hy-persil C_(18) ODS 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);乙腈-甲醇-0.01 mol·L^(-1)KH_2PO_4-三乙胺(10:5:85:0.5,10%磷酸调 pH至2.5)为流动相;流速1 mL·min^(-1);检测波长254 nm。结果:士的宁在0.104~0.368μg(r=0.9999)、马钱子碱在0.072~0.252μg(r=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系;士的宁回收率为99.22%(RSD=1.8%);马钱子碱回收率为100.01%(RSD=2.0%)。结论:本方法准确可靠,简便灵敏,重现性好,可用于骨筋丸胶囊中士的宁和马钱子碱的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of strychnine and brucine in Gujinwan Capsules by RP- HPLC for quality control of this preparation. Methods: Thermo Hypersil Cls ODS column (×250mm,5μm) and the solution of acetonitril- methanol- 0. 01 mol · L^-1 KH2PO4 -tfiethylamine (pH 2. 5 ) as mobile phase were used. The flow rate was 1 mL · min ^-1 with the detection wavelength at 254 nm. Results: Strychnine and brucine presented a good linear correlation in range of 0. 104 - 0. 368 μg( r = 0. 9999 ) and 0. 072 - 0. 252 μg (r = 0. 9996), respectively. The recoveries of them were 99. 22% ( RSD = 1.8% ) and 100. 01% ( RSD = 2.0% ), respectively. Conclusions:This method is definite ,reliable and simple,and can be used for quality control of Gujinwan capsules.
