摘要
进行了真空下铜还原高铁闪锌矿的研究。ZnS中的Zn以锌蒸汽形式冷凝回收,液态Cu2S与矿物中的FeS形成锍Cu2S-FeS,锍经吹炼后,Cu催化剂再生。结果表明,物料中铜锌摩尔比为4、还原温度为850℃、恒温45 min时,锌挥发率在95%以上。
The reduction of zinc from marmatite using copper as a reagent is studied. The zinc in ZnS is reclaimed as forms of vapour and the liquid Cu2S produce Cu2S-FeS matte with FeS in ore. After blowing the matte, the copper catalyst is regenerated. The result shows that the zinc volatilization rate was more than 9596 when nCu/nZn= 4/1, heated at 850℃ for 45 min.
