摘要
电厂工业废料粉煤灰具有潜在胶凝活性。针对当前矿山膏体胶结充填成本高、强度低等现状,提出了以部分粉煤灰替代水泥作为胶凝剂。在对粉煤灰物理性能和化学成份测定分析的基础上,依不同的粉煤灰添加量进行了粉煤灰全尾砂胶结充填强度试验,并对粉煤灰在膏体充填料浆中的胶凝机理进行了探讨。结果表明:在质量分数和水泥用量相同的条件下,添加粉煤灰可以大幅度提高后期强度,并且龄期强度随粉煤灰用量的增加而增大。研究结果为提高胶结充填质量、降低充填成本,进一步综合利用人工火山灰奠定了一定的基础。
Coal fly ash, an industrial waste of power plants, has potential cohesive activity. In view of the high cost and low strength of the paste cement filling used at present in mines, it was proposed to use partial fly ash in stead of cement as the binding agent. Based on the analysis of the physical properties and the chemical composition of fly ash, tests were made on the consolidated fill strength of fly ash total tailing paste filling at different coal fly ash additions and the study was made on the gelatinization mechanism of fly ash in the paste filling slurry. The results show that at similar mass eoneentration and eement content, the addition of coal fly ash eau greatly improve the strength in the later period and the age strength is increased with the increase in the fly ash content, thus laying a foundation for the further comprehensive utilization of artificial pozzolana to improve the cement filling quality and reduce the filling cost.
