钢渣预处理工艺对其矿物组成与资源化特性的影响 被引量:17

摘要 结合转炉钢渣的稳定化预处理工艺,分别研究了经风碎法、滚筒水淬法、热泼法预处理后转炉钢渣的矿物形貌、组成与结构特点,探讨了不同稳定化预处理方式对钢渣资源化特性的影响。结果表明:经不同的稳定化预处理,转炉钢渣的矿物组成和形貌及稳定性等理化特性差别很大。热泼法预处理钢渣中含大量不稳定的较大颗粒硅酸三钙相,易析出游离氧化钙,不宜直接资源化利用;滚筒水淬法预处理后的钢渣消化完全,结构稳定,以硅酸二钙和铁铝酸钙为主要矿物相,利于直接资源化利用;风碎法预处理后的钢渣结构稳定性较好,以硅酸二钙和铁酸钙为主要矿物,矿物粒度细小而均匀,对直接资源化利用也较有利。 In combination with the pretreatment processes for stabilizing BOF slag, the mineral morphology, composition and structural characteristics of BOF slag after pretreated with wind crush, drum method, and hot splash method were studied and the effect of various kinds of stabilization pretreatment processes on the recycling of BOF slag as a resource was discussed. The results indicate that different stabilization pretreatment processes can lead to a great difference in the physi- co-chemical properties of treated slags, such as their mineral composition, morphology and stability. When pretreated by hot splash method, the slag will contain a great amount of instable large tricalcium silicate particles which are apt to release free calcium oxide, and is therefore unsuitable for direct utilization as a resource ; when pretreated by drum method, it will be completely digested and will have a stable structure and diealcium silicate and calcium aluminoferrite as the main mineral phases, which is heneficial to the direct utilization as a resource ; and when by wind crush, it will mainly have fine and uniform calcium ferrite and dicalcium silicate minerals, which is also beneficial to the direct utilization.
