钛硅体系的制备与特性

Study on Preparation Method and Characteristics of SiO_2-TiO_2 System

摘要 采用水解法制备二氧化硅掺杂的二氧化钛体系;用X射线衍射、激光粒度仪I、R对其进行表征;观察其对甲基橙的光催化性能,并与纯二氧化钛体系性能对此;结果表明掺杂改变了钛硅结合,最小粒度有最好催化性能。 The TiO2 system doped with Si02 is prepared by hydrolyzed preparation method and characterized by XRD, laser granularity and IR. The photocatalysis is evaluated with the methylene orange its performance is compared with that of the TiO2 system. 'lhe result shows that the eonfiguration of TiO2 doped with SiO2 changes and the minimum granularity has the best photocatalysis.
