摘要
张新煤矿主井绞车电控系统原是由电磁继电器、磁力接触器构成的仿苏KXX型电控系统,运行时故障多、维护量大、增加了吨煤成本,直接影响矿井产量;改造后将继电器控制系统更新为数字控制系统,采用AGK型绞车电控设备。文章对张新煤矿主井绞车电控系统改造前后的安全性能和经济效益进行了对比分析。
Before the main winch electricity control system is reformed, it is the imitating former Soviet Union KXX type electricity control system, which consists of electromagnetic relays and magnetic contactors. There are many troubles and large maintenance in working. The cost of ton coal is increased. After being reformed, the relay control system is replaced by the figure control system, the electricity control system of the AGK type winch in applied.
