摘要
摆线针轮行星传动中,利用传统的摆线齿廓受力分析方法只能计算整个传动过程中一个特定位置的受力状况,而不能在全域内进行求解。基于最先接触点动态变化的理论,分析了最先接触点的分布规律,编制了相应计算软件,并求出了最先接触点分布区间。该方法克服了传统的受力分析方法中基于某种假设和只能做静态受力分析的双重局限性,适用于整个摆线针轮行星传动过程,是进一步精确受力分析的基础。
Among the cycloid pin-wheel planet transmission, utilizing the traditional cycloidal tooth profile force bearing analytical method could only calculate the force bearing status of a certain specified position in the course of entire transmission but couldn't carrying out solutions within the whole region. Based on the dynamic variation theory of the first contacting point, this paper analyzed the distribution rule of the first contacting point, compiled the interrelated calculation software and found out the distribution section of the first contacting point. This method overcame double limitations of basing on a certain supposition and of only be able to do the static force bearing analy sis in the traditional force bearing analytical method. This method is suitable for the entire course of cycloidal pin wheel planet transmission and is a foundation for further precise force bearing analysis.
