摘要
皮带运输是煤炭生产中的重要环节,皮带撕裂会造成严重的损失。文章将传统的模板匹配技术与皮带纵向撕裂边缘信息相结合,应用LabVIEW提供的子VI(虚拟仪器)功能实现了对皮带纵向撕裂的图像匹配识别。该方法的识别准确性及精度较高,具有超前保护性。
It is important in the production in coal mine that longitudinal rip of steel - cord belt which can make the serious loss. This paper will combine the traditional template matching and edge detection in longitu- dinal rip of steel - cord belt. Realize the image template matching using the sub - VI provided in LabVIEW (Virtual Instrument). This method has the advantage of high accurate and can protect the belt ahead of time.
