摘要
介绍了QT600-3滑管铸件铸造工艺方案的设计及效果。实践表明,对于筒类结构的大型球铁铸件,采用旋转阶梯型浇注系统;顶部随形压边冒口补缩工艺;砂芯的芯铁用空心管制作,并均匀地钻上排气孔,浇注时排气顺畅;铸型采用分段造型,浇注前进行表面烘烤(即表干型)。铸件经热处理后完全达到了国外原装配件的技术要求。
It was introduced that the design and result about the Slippery Tubes with QT600-3. Enunciation by our practice is that for the the large ductile iron castings with tube structure, adopt to the revolving stairs type of gating system; the feeding technology by coping presses side riser with the mold form; inner iron of sand core made by hollow tube and drills holes evenly on the core which makes venting gas smoothly; molding by many steps; before the pouring go to the surface baking. The castings comes to the technique request of the foreign original package accessories completely after heat treatment.
