摘要
目的探讨《伤寒论》治疗太阳病的辛温解表三方桂枝汤、麻黄汤、桂枝麻黄各半汤在体内抗甲1亚型流感病毒的作用。方法用甲1亚型流感病毒FM1株建立小鼠流感动物模型。实验小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、病毒唑组、桂枝汤组、麻黄汤组、桂枝麻黄各半汤组,分别观察上述三方对小鼠病毒性肺炎及其生存的影响。结果以肺指数为评价指标,桂枝汤组、麻黄汤组、桂枝麻黄各半汤组分别与模型对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01);三方各组之间比较以及三方各组和病毒唑组比较无显著性差异。不同处理组间死亡数和存活时间除麻黄汤组与病毒唑组比较有显著性差异外(P<0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异。结论三方在体内均有抗甲1亚型流感病毒小鼠肺炎的作用,但三方的疗效并无差异性。麻黄汤与病毒唑的疗效相比有显著性差异。三方对小鼠感染甲1亚型流感病毒FM1株的死亡保护作用和延长生命作用均不明显。
Objective It is to explore the anti-function of three decoction of Xinwen Jiebiao Guizhi decoction treating for Taiyang disease, Mahuang decoction and Guizhi Mahuang each half decoction from Shanghan theory on H1 N1 of Influenza virus in rats. Methods Animal models of Influenza were made by H1 N1 Influenza virus of FM1 and were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Virazole group, Guizhi decoction group, Mahuang decoction, Guizhi Mahuang each half decoction group, The effects of the three decoctions above on viral pneumonia and survival of the rats were observed. Results Compared with model control group, there were significant differences in lung index in Guizhi decoction group, Mahuang decoction, Guizhi Mahuang each half group, but there was no significant difference among the latter three groups and Virazole group. There was also no significant difference in death cases and survival time between each group except Mahuang decoction group and Virazole group ( P〈 0.05). Conclusion The three decoctions all have anti-function on viral pneumonia induced by Influenza virus, but the difference among each group is not obvious. There is a significant difference in curative effect between Mahuang decoction and Virazolc. The protecting function from death and extending life function of the three decoctions arc not obvious in the rats infected by H1N1 of Influenza virus.
