摘要
针对2001~2003年间取自现场入炉焦和风口焦,经对其受热力作用、碳素溶损、矿物质侵入、渣铁侵蚀等方面的研究,基本弄清了攀钢焦炭在炉内的蚀损情况.即焦炭的气化反应仍为主要蚀损,其渣铁中TiO2的存在对焦炭有一定的保护作用,为进一步改善攀钢焦炭质量提供了依据。
