摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)工艺,以氧氯化锆为原料,在不锈钢基底上成功制备出均匀无裂纹的纳米氧化锆薄膜。试验采用分级干燥法,即早期干燥阶段在80℃下对溶胶进行快速干燥排除溶剂,然后分别在50,30℃下缓慢干燥,同时在制备溶胶过程中加入表面活性剂聚乙烯醇(PVA),通过空间位阻作用和静电稳定作用抑制胶粒的长大,使纳米团簇得以稳定化,提高溶胶的稳定性,再经烧结后得到薄膜。结果表明,分级干燥法及聚乙烯醇的加入对于制备均匀无裂纹的纳米氧化锆薄膜起到很大作用;经过不同烧结温度处理后,薄膜表面形貌不同,最佳的热处理温度为500℃。
Uniform and crack-free nano-Zr02 films were prepared on stainless steel substrate via sol-gel process in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol as the surfactant, using ZrOCl2 as the raw material. The effects of drying at varied steps and introduction of the surfactant on the morphology and surface quality of the nano-ZrO2 films were investigated. It was found that the surface quality of the films was greatly improved by drying at varied steps and by the introduction of the polyvinyl alcohol surfactant as well, owing to the significant increase in the stability of the sol and nano - clusters and the restrain in the coarsening of the nanoparticles during the film-formation process. At the same time, the morphologies of the nano-ZrO2 films were closely related to the sintering temperature, and the optimized sintering temperature was suggested to l)e 500℃,
