摘要
在现代国家创新体系中,科技中介机构成为不可或缺的组成部分,是促成研究机构和企业以及企业之间共同进行技术创新的重要力量。中国的科技中介服务及其中介机构目前尚处在初始、蓬勃发展的阶段,存在一些迫切需要克服和纠正的缺陷和问题,提出在我国的科技中介事业从发展中应建立良好的政策法律环境,建立各类科技中介服务机构完善服务系统,培育科技中介市场提升科技中介机构的专业化服务和协同作战能力等对策建议。
How to promote technological innovation and improve the management of science and technology is an important subject of public administration and public service. In the national innovation system, the intermediary institution is a significant part and an important force for promoting cooperative technology innovation between research institutions and enterprises and between enterprises themselves. The intermediary services and intermediary institutions of science and technology are in their initial and developing period. There are some weaknesses and disadvantages which need to be corrected and improved. Countermeasure suggestions are proposed that during the development of the intermediary services of science and technology of China, it is necessary to set up fine policy and law environment, build the complete service system of all types of interme- diary services institutions of science and technology, foster the market of intermediary services of science and technology, improve the specialised service and cooperative fight force of intermediary institutions of science and technology.
