摘要
以国家“七五”期间重点工程之一——连云港庙岭二期码头工程为例,介绍决策技术在建设港口的管理工作中的应用。
Taking the 2nd stage of Miaoling Project, Lianyungang, one of the national key projects of the 7th five year plans as an example, the application of technic in policy decision to management of port construction is introduced in the paper.
