摘要
竞赛规则在竞技健美操的发展过程中起着指挥棒的作用.同时,竞赛规则对于竞赛规范化和科学化以及竞技健美操难度动作的发展起到重要的制约、促进作用.从新规则难度数量和级别、难度的分组情况、完成裁判对难度评分变化来分析新规则的变化,以期为竞技健美操的编排和训练提供一定的理论指导.
Competition rule plays a baton role in the development process of the athletics and acceleration role in the course of the competition standardization and scientization and the development of the difficulty motion in the athletics Aerobic Gymnastics. The author analyzed the variety of the new rule from the variety of the difficulty＇s amount and distinction and its grouping conditions and the changes of the accomplish judgments grade that reply to difficulty. It is expected that could offer theoretic guidance to a certainty in the aspect of athletic Aerobic Gymnastics arrangement and training.
