摘要
介绍了采用MC68HC11E9单片机作为主芯片和较少的外围电路设计的数字多用表,对仪表的智能校准技术和实现方法进行了深入的研究,实现了高精度的A/D转换,得到了高准确度的测量结果;阐述了利用智能校准技术设计智能仪器仪表的可行性和实现的技术路线。基于智能校准技术的数字多用表可以完成交流直流电压、电流的测量,也可以测量电阻、周期和频率,可以自动对测得的数据进行误差修正。
The digital muhimeter designed by adopting MC68HC11E9 single chip microcomputer as the main chip and fewer peripheral circuits is introduced. The intelligent calibration technique and the realization methods were studied , A/D conversion with high precision was implemented, and highly accurate measured results were obtained. The feasibility and the technology route for designing intelligent instruments by using inteUigent calibration technique are expounded. The measurement for AC & DC voltage and current, resistance period and frequency can be accomplished by using the digital multimeter based on intelligent calibration technique. The error of measured data can also be automatically revised.
