摘要
利用自行开发的集中式复杂物流系统仿真工具CLSim进行复杂物流系统订货点量的仿真优化,提出了仿真优化调整的一般步骤,分析了保管缺货率对复杂物流系统中各个实体在分散控制策略下的订货点量大小的影响规律,以一个具体的复杂物流系统为例,运用CLSim进行仿真优化调整实验,得到了复杂物流系统在6种情形下的仿真优化调整步骤,并据此进行分析、总结与归纳,得到了运用CLSim进行复杂物流系统订货点量仿真优化调整基本规律.
CLSim, a centralized simulation tool for complex logistics (CL) is developed. The optimization of order-up-to levels in complex logistics was studied by CLSim. A general simulation optimiza tion adjusting step is proposed. Then how holding-shortage rate influences the order-up-to levels is analyzed with a detailed CL example, where the better order-up-to level setting schemes of six cases are got through simulation optimization adjusting by CLSim. After that, the basic rule of order-up-to level simulation optimization adjusting by CLSim is summarized.
