摘要
目的制订复方冰黄漱口剂的质量标准。方法对制剂中的主要成分金银花、甘草、冰片等用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;金银花中绿原酸含量测定采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C_(18)柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87)为流动相,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸、甘草对照药材、甘草次酸、冰片在与对照品(对照药材)相应的位置上显相同颜色的主斑点,而阴性对照试验则呈阴性;绿原酸浓度线性范围是8.35~68.10μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.39%(RSD=0.19%)。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高,可用于控制复方冰黄漱口刑的质量。
Objective To work out the quality standard for compound Binghuang gargle. Methods The principal constituents of the preparation, such as honeysuckle, licorice, bomeol, were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography. Chlorogenic acid content was determined using HPLC. C18 column was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (13:87) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid, contrast medicinal material of licorice, hypoglycyrrhizic acid, borneol revealed the main spot with the same color in corresponding position of contrast medicinal materials, but the negative control test showed negative. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 8.35-68.1p.g/mL,r=0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 100.39%(RSD=0. 19% ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. The precision is high. It may be used in the quality control of compound Binghuang gargle.
