摘要
目的探讨急性与慢性闭角型青光眼解剖结构的异同。方法采用美国Humphrey公司眼科专用A型超声测量系统,对36例(36只眼)急性闭角型青光眼、33例(33只眼)慢性闭角型青光眼及36例(36只眼)正常对照组的解剖结构(包括前房深度、晶体厚度、眼轴长度)进行测量,同时计算晶体相对位置及晶体厚度/眼轴长度系数,各项均值进行组间比较和分析。结果急性闭角型青光眼组、慢性闭角型青光眼组相比,除晶体相对位置外,各项均值均有显著性差异。急性闭角型青光眼组与正常对照组、慢性闭角型青光眼组与正常对照组相比,各项均值均有显著性差异。结论急性与慢性闭角型青光眼的解剖结构存在差异,表现为急性闭角型青光眼的前房更浅、晶体更厚、眼轴更短,提示这两类闭角型青光眼的发病机制有所不同。
Objective To study the difference between acute angle-closure glaucoma and chronic angle-closure glaucoma in anatomical structure. Methods anatomical structures including the anterior chamber depth(ACD), lens thickness(LT) and the axial length(AL),were measured by A-mode ultrasonic scanning in 33 eyes of 33 patients with AACG, 36 eyes of 36 patients with CACG and 36 eyes of 36 normal controls. The relative location of lens(RLL) and LT/AL ratio were also calculated. All mean values were analyzed with t-test. Results There were significant differences between the AACG eyes and the CACG eyes in all items except RLL. Compared with normal eyes, both AACG eyes and the CACG eyes had significant differences in all items. Conclusions There were significant differences between the AACG eyes and the CACG eyes in anatomical structure. AACG eyes had a shallower ACD, thicker LT, shorter AL. It indicates that there is different mechanism between AACG and CACG.
