流感疫苗对急性髓系白血病患者骨髓细胞来源树突细胞功能的影响

摘要 树突细胞(DC)因其强大的抗原呈递功能,具有激活针对肿瘤抗原特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)的作用,已成为白血病及肿瘤生物治疗的重要研究领域。白血病细胞来源的DC携带有自体已知或未知的多个肿瘤抗原,在HLA限制性和肿瘤特异性上具有独特的优势。将白血病DC作为疫苗回输体内以清除微量残留病(MRD)已显示出可喜的临床效果。但DC的抗原呈递功能依赖其成熟,应用有效佐剂组合对DC进行成熟调控从而增强其抗肿瘤效应是目前需要解决的重要问题之一。我们应用流感疫苗作为成熟诱导剂,观察对白血病细胞源性DC表面分子、细胞因子分泌及CTL效应等功能的影响,为DC培养寻找一种新的佐剂。
