摘要
产业政策绩效问题一直是我国产业理论研究的难点和薄弱环节。回顾我国文化产业政策的实践历程,我国文化产业政策虽取得了一定效果,但总的效果并不理想。我国要提高文化产业政策绩效,必须适应新形势的要求对文化产业政策作出必要的调整。
The achievement of industry policy remains a difficulty and weakness of our industry theory research. The history of our cultural industry policy shows that the effect is not ideal though our cultural industry has made some achievements. To improve the achievement of cultural industry policy, it is neccssal-y to make some adjustment in accordance with the requirement of the new situation.
