香荚兰根腐病原茄类镰刀菌的生物学特性 被引量:4

摘要 茄类镰刀菌Fusarium solani是香荚兰根腐病的主要病原菌之一,为对该病害进行有效的防治提供试验数据,主要从温度、pH值、光照等条件对其菌落生长及孢子萌发的影响进行了研究。结果表明,茄类镰刀菌在8—36℃内菌丝能生长,分生孢子能萌发,且菌落生长和孢子萌发的最适温度均为28℃,菌落直径达7.39cm.孢子萌发率为5.51%;分生孢子致死温度为58℃ 10min;该菌可生长在pH值为2—12的酸碱范围内,菌落生长最适pH值为6.5,菌落直径可迭6.92cm,孢子萌发最适pH值为4,萌发率为2.98%;全光照对菌落生长有抑制作用,光暗交替有利于菌落生长。 The root-rot was an important disease on Vanilla plants, Fusarium solani was one of main pathogens. In order to provide basic data of controlling this disease, effect of temperature, pH and light on mycelia growth and conidial germination of Fusarium solani had primarily been studied. The experiment showed that between 8 - 36℃, the hyphae could grow and the conidia could germinate, the optimum temperature was 28℃, colony diameter was 7.39cm averagely, rate of conidial germination was 5. 51% ; the lethal temperature of spores was 58℃ for 10minutes. Under the different pH value 2 - 12, the hyphae could grow and the conidia could germinate, the optimum pH value for hyphae growth was 6.5, colony average diameter was 6.92cm, the optimum pH for eonidia germination was 4, rate of eonidial germination was 2.98%. The treatment of whole illumination could restrain the growth of mycelia, the alternation of darkness and light could promote mycelia growth.
