摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定猪血浆中的CTC残留量。试验采用AgilentHP1100系统,Agilent ODSC18(150 mm×4.6×5)柱,流动相选用乙腈—0.01 mol/L草酸(3+2);检测波长为372 nm;进样量:50μL;柱温:室温。血浆样品经草酸提取后,过C18柱净化,该方法样品前处理简单,药物的线性关系好,相关系数达0.999 89。检测限为0.05μg/mL,平均回收率在75%以上,变异系数均<6.6%。该法前处理简便、灵敏度高、结果准确、可靠。
This experiment uses (HPLC) to determine the chlortetracycline residues amount in the pig plasma. The experiment uses the Agilent HP1100 system, the Agilent ODS C18 (150 mm × 4.6 × 5) column, mobile phrase selects acetonitrile -0. 017 mol/L oxalic acid (3 + 2) ; The examination wave length is 372 nm, enters the type quantity: 50 μL, Column warm: Room temperature.
