摘要
对安徽电大现代远程开放教育人才培养模式改革的实践与探索进行总结,分析了改革的基本思路、主要措施和实践成效,凝练了安徽电大现代远程开放教育人才培养模式的基本框架(实践模型)及其运行机制。
On the practice and exploration on talent training mode reform of modern open distance educaL tion in Anhui Radio and TV University （AHRTVU）, the authors have made a summary, analyzed the basic strategy of reform, the main measures and the achievement of practice, generalized the framework （practical model） and operating mechanism of talent training mode in AHRTVU.
