摘要
吐哈红台气田储层具有“四低”(即低丰度、低孔隙压力、低孔隙度、低渗透率)、“二强”(水敏伤害强、非均质性较强)的特点,造成常规压裂技术适应性差,通过配套采用氮气增能泡沫压裂液、压裂施工参数优化、压裂-投产一体化管柱、机械分层压裂和树脂涂层砂防支撑剂回流等技术,较好地解决了常规气井压裂工艺中存在的压裂液返排率低、储层污染,压裂规模偏小和压后峰值产能的损失,层内防砂等问题,取得了良好现场应用效果,对同类气田的开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
the characteristics of Hongtai gas reservoir are 'four lows'(low abundance,low pore pressure,low porosity and low permeability) and 'two highs'(high water-sensitivity,high heterogeneity).These make the fracturing operation difficult to carry out.Through techniques of nitrogen energization foam fracturing fluid,fracturing operation parameter optimization,fracturing and producing tubular,mechanical separate-layer fracturing and circumfluence-proof of proppant by precoated sand,solved the problems of normal gas well fracturing's low rate of fracturing fluid flowback and container contamination,small scale fracturing and off-take potential lost after fracturing peak value and container sand proof.The application on the spot is a reference to similar gas field.
