微波稀土改性膨润土制备吸附剂除磷的研究 被引量:13

摘要 通过浸渍微波辐射法制备镧改性的稀土吸附剂,探讨改性吸附剂对磷的吸附性能。实验表明制备稀土吸附剂的适宜条件为:硫酸的浓度为15%、镧的浓度为0.4%、浸溃的pH值为10、微波功率为340w、辐射时间为5min。同时为了探讨含磷溶液对改性膨润土吸附磷的效果的影响,控制不同的溶液条件进行实验。结果表明:当溶液的pH值为3~6、接触时间为45min的时候对磷去除率为99.97%,吸附量大于41mg/g,从而为处理含磷废水开辟了一条高效、经济的新途径。 By means of microwave, rare earth added to the bentonite, which produced a new absorbent, which has the ability to remove phosphor. The results showed that the optimal absorbent manufacture process are based on the following condition:concentration of vitriol is 15% ,the bentonite carrier must be soaked in the 0.4% La^3+ solution( pH = 10). The power of microwave is 340 W and radiation time is 5 min. In addition, experimental results showed that: when the pH value is 3 - 6 and the reaction time is 45 min,the removal efficiency of phosphor is 99.97% and the amount of adsorption is over 41 mg/g. This method has provided a new economical way for the treatment of phosphor from wastewater.
