摘要
通过先酯化后聚合的方法合成了润滑油降凝剂TS18B(醋酸乙烯-富马酸酪高聚物),考察了该降凝剂对国内几种主要基础油的降凝效果,并探讨了其降凝机理。结果表明,当加剂量为3—5g/kg时,TS18B降凝剂对环烷基基础油具有很好的降凝作用,而其对石蜡基基础油的降凝效果不明显;T818B的降凝机理是醋酸乙烯.富马酸酯高聚物分子改变了环烷基润滑油中分子的结晶方向,使其难于聚集形成三维网状结构,从而起到了降凝作用。
T818B pour point depressant was synthesized by esterification and polymerization, the pour point depression and the depressing mechanism were also discussed in the paper. The results showed that the T818B depressant has excellent depressing effects on naphthenic lube oil when containing 3 - 5 g/kg the additive,and almost has no effects on waxy lube oil. The depressing mechanism of TS18B pour point depressant is that the dibehenyl fumarate-vinyl acetate copolymer changes the directions of the crystallization of the naphthenic lube oil,which makes it difficult to mass into three-dimensional net structure, and so the pour point is depressed.
