摘要
超声波电机是一种利用压电晶体逆压电效应获得驱动力矩的新原理电机,它与由电磁作用获得转矩的电磁电机工作原理截然不同。针对目前超声波电机输出力矩小的不足,提出了一种新型换能器式大力矩超声波电机结构。对电机的运行机理进行了分析,并利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了电机定子的振动特性和阻抗特性,同时提出了一种振子间解耦的方法。通过实验得到了电机的运转特性,在预紧力为13N时得到电机最大输出力矩为2.8N.m。
Being a sort of new principle motor, the ultrasonic motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motor, the driving torque isn't acquired by the electromagnetic effect but by the reverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. To make up for the shortage of low driving torque, a new type high torque ultrasonic motor was presented. The operation principle of the ultrasonic motor was explained in detail. The stator's characteristics of vibration and input impedance were analyzed by using the f'mite element software ANSYS. A new decoupling method between the two vibrators was presented. The motor's operating characteristics was obtained though the experiment. The maximum output torque was 2.8N m at the preload of 13N.
