摘要
介绍了应用在某车轮厂的汽车轮圈闪光顶锻焊机的液压传动与控制系统的设计,该系统利用可编程控制器控制的电液比例方向阀来对顶锻焊机闪光阶段进行精确的控制,使工件的位移曲线和闪光曲线一致。设计制造的系统现场应用效果良好。
The hydraulic transmission and control system design of forging press welder was introduced. The electric and hydraulic scaling direct valve based on PLC was used to control the flash stage exactly, and to make the curve of displacement to be consistent with the curve of flash. The application shows that the system works well in the car wheel factory.
