摘要
利用数值模拟和现场模拟实验相结合的方法,研究了手术台布距地高度对洁净手术室污染物分布的影响。模拟测试表明:在手术台铺设落地台布后,手术台区大于等于5μm的粒子明显增多,而且差异性显著。因此,采取铺设落地台布的方式保护切口区是不可取的。
This study used numerical modeling and simulation test to evaluate the effect of distance from tablecloth of operating table to floor on contaminant distribution in the operating room. Furthermore, a simulation test showed particles equal to and larger that 5μm increased significantly in the operating table zone when the operating table was covered with a tablecloth trailing on the floor. Therefore, this approach should not be adopted to protect the surgical site.
