摘要
研究了0、2、8、32 mg/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对沉水植物轮叶黑藻生长状况的影响。结果表明,28、mg/L的SDBS对黑藻植株长度的增长均有促进作用,其中8 mg/L处理下作用最为明显,在较高浓度32 mg/L处理下,黑藻植株增长则相对受到抑制,植株长度增加缓慢。2 mg/L SDBS对黑藻生物量的增加有促进作用;在8 mg/L SDBS处理下,黑藻生物量与对照比较变化不大;而在高浓度32 mg/L SDBS处理下,黑藻生物量逐渐降低,并且低于对照组。本试验条件下SDBS对黑藻植株分枝有一定促进作用,在2 mg/L处理下,植株分枝数多于其他处理,生长旺盛;在其他浓度处理下,植株分枝数相对较少,但均多于对照组。不同SDBS浓度处理下,对黑藻植株重量的影响存在显著差异,而对黑藻植株长度和分枝数的比较,则不存在显著性差异。
The effect of sodium dodecylbenzene-sulfonate (SDBS) on the growth of submerged macrophyte Hydrilla verticillata (L. f. ) Royle has been monitored under different concentrations of SDBS. Shoot length and fresh biomass and drymass and sum of branches were studied. The results showed that the increase of shoot length of H. verticillata is promoted under 2 mg/L and 8 mg/L SDBS treatment, especially 8 mg/L. But the increase of shoot length of H. verticillata is restrained under 32 mg/L SDBS treatment. Shoot biomass in SDBS treatments are significantly larger than that of control. But the difference is not statistically significant in the shoot length. Sum of branches of H. verticillata is much more than other groups under 2 mg/L SDBS.
