摘要
毕业生就业形势日益严峻,加强大学生就业指导非常重要。大学生就业指导应当树立全程化的观点,就业指导应当贯穿大学教育的全过程,从一年级到四年级各有侧重;做好全程化就业指导应当具备一些必备条件,应当充分利用各种资源,采取有效的途径和方法。
Employment situation for the university graduates is becoming more and more serious, so it is very important to strengthen the employment guidance for the university graduates. The viewpoint of whole-process employment guidance should first be established. Employment guidance should be passed through the whole process of university education with different emphasis from grade one to grade four. There must be some prerequisites to guide the whole-process employment. Different kinds of resources should be fully used and effective ways and methods should be adopted.
