摘要
目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）患者预防性抗结核治疗的价值。方法对实验组中具有并发结核危险因素的ＣＲＦ患者进行预防性抗结核治疗，历史对照组中具有同样危险因素者未作任何处理。结果实验组在观察期间活动性结核的发生率（０．７６％、２／２６１）明显低于对照组（４．７０％、３９／８３０）。按预防性治疗前病人具有的危险因素分层进行比较表明，血清抗ＰＰＤ－ＩｇＧ阳性的ＣＲＦ病人，接受预防性治疗者活动性结核的发生率明显低于未接受预防性治疗者。
bjectiveToevaluatechemoprophylaxisfortuberculosis(TB)inchronicrenalfailure(CRF)patientswithriskfactor(s)ofdevelopingTB.MethodsCRFpatientswithriskfactor(s)ofdevelopingTBweretreatedwithanti-TBdrugsandcomparedwiththosewhodidn't.ResultsTheincidenceofactiveTBwas0.76%(2/260)dur-inga2-yearperiodofobservationinthisgroup,anditwassignificantlylowerthanthatinahistorycontrolgroupatthesamecenter(39/830,4.70%).ComparisionofincidenceofTBafterstratifiedpatientsbyclinicalfeaturesshowedthatactiveTBoccuredin47.4%ofthepatientswithpositiveserumanti-PPD-IgGwhowerenotgivenpro-phylaxis,butnonedevelopedTBinthosewiththesameriskfactorbutweregivenchemoprophylaxis.ConclusionChemoprophylaxisforTBmayreduceinincidenceofactiveTBinCRFpatients.
