摘要
本文根据复合肥制造工艺要求,提出了一套基于FUZZY-PI的温度控制系统。该系统实现了复合肥工段反应釜温度的精确控制。文中给出了FUZZY-PI双模控制的结构及具体设计,并简要介绍了SIEMENS PLC的程序编制。
This paper presents temperature of control system based on FUZZY-PI for the production of compound fertilizer. A two module structure of the system is proposed.The implementation of PI with the SIEMENS PLC is also discussed.
