摘要
针对小电流接地系统大约70%~80%的故障都是单相故障,接地选线非常重要;目前的选线方法虽然很多,但经常出现误选误判的情况。没有从根本上解决小电流接地选线的问题。指出小波变换是一种非常成熟的数学工具,用小波变化对行波进行处理,可以得到行波信号的幅值和极性特性。利用故障线路和非故障线路行波幅值和极性的差别。形成选线判据.可以方便找到故障线路,提高选线准确性和选线速度.为配网故障选线提供新的思路和出发点。
It is very important to select earthing for 70%-80% faults are single ones so far, Although methods are various. It often made mistakes in selecting.
