摘要 提出了一种基于经验模态分解的电机转速和转矩测量新方法.把测量得到的时间序列信号,用经验模态分解法分解成若干的固有模态函数和一个残量之和,这个残量代表信号的波动趋势.介绍了经验模态分解的基本原理和算法,并用该方法对电机瞬时转速、转矩测量信号进行分析与处理.研究结果表明,该方法能有效地从噪声环境中提取电机的瞬时转速和转矩的真实变化曲线. A new method for measuring transient rotation speed and torque for motor has been presented in this paper. After being processed by empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method, the original data are decomposed into a number of intrinsic mode function components and a residue representing the variation trend of signals. And after a description of the principles of algorithms for empirical mode decomposition, the transient rotation speed and torque of electric motor have been processed using EMD method. Experimental results show that the EMD method is effective in obtaining the real curve of transient rotation speed and torque of electric motor.
