摘要
介绍了一种应用扫描隧道显微镜直接精确测量光栅常数的方法。文中首先阐述了扫描隧道显微镜的测量原理,在此基础上对应显微镜测得的光栅图像进行处理、计算,得到光栅光数。
A direct method is introroduced to precisely measure grating constant by applying STM in this paper. Firstly, the measuring principle of STM is described. Then, the grating image from STM is processed and calculated. Lastly,the grating constant is obtained.
