摘要
在信息科技高速发展的今天,图书馆员不但要胜任信息专家、网络管理员和导航员的角色,而且还要胜任学科专家、复合型的专家兼学者的角色。只有这样,才能够适应现代图书馆事业发展的需求,并促使其继续进步。
Along with the rapid development of today＇s information technology, the librarian should be competent not only at the job of information specialist, a person-managing the network and a guard but also at the job of subject specialist and a scholar. Only by doing so can we meet the needs of modern library development.
