摘要
采用充气水力旋流器对针叶木漂白化学热磨木浆(BCTMP)纤维进行了筛分的实验研究。各流股的纤维长度特性应用纤维质量分析仪进行测定,得到了累计纤维长度分率和纤维长度分率密度函数。实验结果表明,气体的充入对纤维筛分有明显的影响,随着充气量的增加筛分效果将得到改善。
Fractionation of softwood bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP) fiber was carried out with a air sparged hydrocyclone. Pulp fiber length characteristics in different streams were examined by the Fiber Quality Analyzer (FQA) ,and the cumulative fiber length fraction and the fiber length fraction density function for different streams were obtained. Results of the experiment show that the air injection has a distinct effect on fiber fractionation,and a good fractionation performance is obtained with increasing the air injection.
