摘要
由于高压太阳电池阵在低轨等离子体环境中会发生电弧放电,这会造成航天器表面退化、电磁干扰、PN结破坏等负作用,因此进行了这方面的地面模拟试验研究。首先阐述了低地球轨道等离子体环境及高压太阳电池阵发生触发放电和二次放电的机理,然后介绍等离子体环境模拟设备原理与结构、试验方法及两次高压太阳电池阵的放电试验结果,系统的研究了电池片的放电位置及外界环境和结构条件对放电的影响。
When a high voltage solar cell array run in l,ow Earth Orbit, an arc discharge occurs. It causes surface degradation, electromagnetic interferenee and other undesired side-effects. So it is necessary to do ground simulative experiments. This paper expatiated on the LEO plasma environment and the theory of the triggered discharge and secondary discharge. The mechanism and structure of the plasma ground simulation equipment was then introduced. The test result of two arcing experiments was analyzed. The discharge position and the effect by sun'ounding environment and HVSA structure were discussed.
