摘要
针对民机备件供应商的评估,从质量、资信、竞争力、响应以及服务等方面出发,构建了包含准则层与操作层的评估层次结构,其中操作层中定性属性信息以群决策、语意形式给出;准则层指标在权重信息与模糊语意量化词匹配的基础上,采用OWA算子的优化算法计算对应操作层的权重值;最后综合操作层的属性信息与权重信息,确定供应商的评估值,进而通过实例分析说明了本方法的实用性。
Based on the evaluation of civil aircraft spare parts suppliers, this paper established an evaluational hierarchy containing criteria level and operation level to evaluate the suppliers in terms of quality, credit standing, competitiveness, response and service. The qualitative attribute information of the operation level was presented in the form of group decision making and semantics. On the basis of matching weight information of the criteria level to fuzzy semantic quantifiers, an optimization algorithm that uses the OWA operator was utilized to calculate the weight information of the corresponding operation level. Finally the attribute information of the operation level and the weight information of the criteria level were synthesized, and the evaluation values of each supplier were determined. An instance was presented to illustrate the practicality of the approach proposed herein.
