摘要
随着换热装置日新月异的设计要求的提出,传统的、单一结构类型的换热器设计辅助手段已显得力不从心了。本课题根据换热器设计的基本原理和设计方法,采用基于Solid Edge的参数化三维建模的基本理念,通过将设计过程编入Excel表、建立Solid Edge参数化模型图库和编写通用的V isual Basic数据驱动程序,较好地解决了换热器设计过程中的人机互补问题及与三维绘图软件Solid edge的相互结合问题。整个系统经过调试,结果证明具有良好的适应性和人机交互性,基本实现了从基本工艺结构计算、机械设计计算到装置零部件及整体装配图生成的一体化,达到减少设计工作量、复杂性和繁琐性、模型复用以及系统开放可扩展的目的,设计成果还可以复用到其他类似的真空锅炉、板式吸收塔设计工作中,极大程度地缓解设计工作技术难度。
As the design requirement of heat exchangers changes rapidly, the traditional means of aid of monotonous structural type is not adequate. Following the basic principle and design method of heat exchangers, the paper adopts the notion of parameterized 3D modeling based on Solid Edge software, formulates the design processes in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, establishes Solid Edge parameterized modeling galleries and develops a general-purpose Visual Basic data driving program. These measures provide satisfactory solutions for human-machine complementarity and the integration with the Solid Edge software in the process of designing the heat exchangers. The driving program has good adaptability and human-machine interaction and combines all in one from computation of basic crafts and structures, mechanical design computation to parts assembly drawing generation. It achieves the purposes of reducing design work volume, complexity and troubles, being reusable, open and expandable. The design results can also be reused in the design of vacuum boilers and plate type absorption towers.
