氧化合成对羟基苯甲醛的研究

摘要 研究了在硫酸介质中用Mn3+氧化对甲苯酚合成对羟基苯甲醛适宜的工艺条件:反应温度50℃,反应时间60 m in,硫酸浓度7.0 mol/L,搅拌速度为600 r/m in。粗产品经多步过滤分离法提纯,其总产率可达64.63%。 The synthesis of p - hydroxybenzaldehyde by oxidating paracresol with Mn^3 + in sulphuric acid was studied in this article. The seemly conditions were as follows, temperature was 50 ℃, reaction time was 60 minutes, concentration of sulphuric acid was 7.0 moL/L and the stirring rate was 600 r/min. And the multisteps of filtrating method for separation was studied as well,the total yield could be 64.63%.
