摘要
目的:探寻医院开展药学服务的新思路与新方法。方法:制定总药师岗位职责、管理制度并监督执行。结果与结论:建立“总药师制度”,可完善和规范药房管理程序,提升医院药学服务水平,减少医疗纠纷。
OBJECTIVE： To explore new approach for carrying out hospital pharmaceutical care. METHODS： General pharmacists＇ post responsibilities and management regulations were set up and implemented under supervision, RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The practice of ＂generalpharmacists＇ post responsibilities＂ can not only improve and standardize the procedures of pharmacy management, hut also enhance the pharmaceutical care level and reduced medical tangles.
