摘要
目的探讨黄蜀葵花总黄酮(TFA)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的预适应样保护作用。方法采用间断静脉推注TFA模拟预适应的实验方法,观察大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞再灌致脑梗死面积、血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性以及血清中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的变化。结果TFA(160、80、40、20mg/kg)预处理明显减少脑梗塞面积并可明显降低血清中LDH活性、MDA和PGE2含量,同时明显增加血清中NOS活性和NO含量。结论黄蜀葵花总黄酮预处理对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤具有缺血预适应样的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of pharmacological preconditioning of total flavone of abelmoschl manihot(TFA) on cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was induced by a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The infarct size, the contents of malonaldehyde ( MDA), nitric oxide ( NO ) and prostaglandin E2 ( PGE2 ), the activities of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH ) and nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) in blood serum were measured after pharmacological preconditioning of TFA. Results The pharmacological preconditioning of TFA ( 160,80,40,20 mg/kg) significantly reduced the infarct size, and markedly inhibited the increase of serum LDH, MDA, PGE2 and the decrease of serum NO and NOS. Conclusion The pharmacological preconditioning of TFA has a protective action on cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury.
